Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prudential Compliance Specialist to join our Frameworks and Assurance team in our Aggregate Risk and Prudential division.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and coordinating the impact assessment of relevant regulatory change and prudential issues in relation to the ongoing compliance of prudential requirements.

You will also prepare management reporting for monthly governance forums on regulatory change and the broader Prudential Risk Framework.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in governance processes relating to compliance with regulatory obligations, framework documentation uplifts, or policy drafting.

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

About Our Team:

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent and centralized function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.

We aim to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow, with divisions including compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk, and prudential, and central.
