AFL Recruitment is working with an entrepreneurial and exponentially growing commercial law firm to find a talented Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their flourishing construction litigation practice. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development, reporting directly to the Litigation Director.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take full ownership of their files, manage their own clients, and resolve construction disputes, including adjudication applications, breach of contract claims, and defective workmanship cases. They will also be responsible for enforcing statutory rights to payment, recovering unpaid progress claims, and negotiating settlement agreements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Minimum 5 years of post-admission experience in construction/commercial litigation.Strong drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.Adaptability, a client-centric approach, and a results-driven mindset.Ambition and a desire to accelerate your career with an employer committed to your success.
