Caregiver and Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children, fostering a love of learning and promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learners.
• To create a safe and inclusive learning environment promoting cultural awareness and appreciation.
• To establish positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• To maintain accurate records and reports on child progress and program effectiveness.
• To participate in ongoing professional development enhancing teaching practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A recognised Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
• NESA Accreditation and Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, as well as Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
• Two referees who can verify your skills and employment history.
