Job Summary

We're seeking a Principal Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. As a pre-sales role, you'll shape and deliver solutions related to all things Cloud within strategic key accounts. You'll work closely with client deal teams to develop solutions for client engagements and support pre-sales to delivery handover.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a credible technical partner in the sales process and build customer confidence in Versent's technical ability.
  2. Work with client teams to deliver on key account strategies and articulate client solutions into commercial documents.
  3. Analyze client enterprise specifics to find the best solution among all possibilities and create valuable and successful client solutions.
  4. Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the solution to project stakeholders.
  5. Define features, phases, and solution requirements, and provide specifications for solution delivery.
  6. Contribute to outcomes in Proof of Value/Concept, YBR, Business Case development, customer demos, or leading-edge engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction in collaboration with Directors.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a high level of technical and analytical knowledge in the relevant Cloud and proven experience in software architecture design. You should have experience in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role, such as Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.

You'll need to have an in-depth understanding of coding languages, focus on customer needs and satisfaction, and be able to work strategically to realize organizational goals. You should also be able to influence discussions with clients and demonstrate how business outcomes can be achieved with recommended solutions.
