Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest receives a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Lead by example to ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
  • Sell the menu and provide strong product knowledge and confidence behind the bar.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months experience working as a bartender making cocktails.
  • Strong product knowledge and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid RSA; experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling.
  • Experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in a premium hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
