About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences for children. You will work closely with experienced educators and teachers to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and team members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a childcare or education setting is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • A permanent right to work in Australia is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role
