We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our web banking platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our in-house research team to analyze and validate fully responsive UX designs
- Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all products
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions

Requirements:
