Restaurant Crew Member

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day running of our restaurant, working closely with the shift manager and as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High Levels of Customer Service: Offer a positive experience to every customer, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to high standards, ensuring it meets our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean environment for our customers and staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean equipment, fittings, and restaurant areas, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash and balance transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain customer flow, providing support when needed.
