Key Responsibilities of an Enrolled Nurse

Job Description:

This role entails delivering high-quality clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to industry standards and guidelines. As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group to promote the health and well-being of our residents.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Compile comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify care needs by participating in resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery.
  • Complete ACFI assessments and documentation as required for the shift and contribute to maximization of income.
  • Implement, contribute to, and evaluate resident care plans as directed by your supervisor.
  • Administer medications to residents and assume responsibility for correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary in the range of $68,000 - $80,000 exclusive of superannuation.
