About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our client's multidisciplinary team in a private practice setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload, including clients with musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, and clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
- Conducting initial consultations, follow-up sessions, and providing client-centered clinical care to maximize functional capacity, achieve goals, and enhance client health and independence.
- Maintaining thorough administrative documentation and reporting to ensure optimal client care.
- Collaborating with a team of Allied Health Professionals, including Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, and Podiatrists.
What We Offer:
- Generous salaries between $75,000 - $105,000 + Super Bonus structure in place once you are hitting KPI targets.
- Billable hours target is gradually built up over time.
- For new graduates, there are no billable hours targets for the first 4 months.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
