Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the origination and execution of M&A transactions, providing independent advice to clients, and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the origination and execution of M&A transactions
  • Assist in transaction negotiations and legal documentation
  • Provide independent advice to clients
  • Lead project teams
  • Manage and develop junior team members in financial analysis, transaction scenarios, and research
  • Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/M&A/Corporate Advisory or similar
  • Experience across all aspects of a transaction/investment process
  • Proven deal origination and post-deal management skills
  • Excellent financial modeling skills
  • A high level of accuracy when completing work
  • An inquisitive mind and real commercial acumen
  • An ability to express complex issues in a simple, logical manner
  • A bright and energetic personality with the ability to use initiative
