Job Title: Primary School Educator

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary School Teacher to join our team in delivering high-quality education to online students in a Christian environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Delivery: Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching programs or courses of study to ensure student learning outcomes;
  • ICT Integration: Utilize digital platforms like Canvas to engage students in interactive online learning experiences;
  • Content Development: Develop knowledge and pedagogical practice to enhance student learning achievements;
  • Child Safety: Maintain a safe environment for children and participate in relevant training and induction processes;
  • Code of Conduct: Adhere to the school's Child Safety Code of Conduct and respond appropriately to child safety issues;
  • Vision and Values: Model and promote the school's vision and values;
  • Course Development: Teach senior year levels and develop online VCE courses for delivery;
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain class attendance and student progress records;
  • Student Management: Implement effective strategies for managing students;
  • Staff Engagement: Attend staff meetings and participate in regular staff devotions and prayer.
