Job Role

We are seeking an Evaluator to assist in the processing of applications made under Victoria's Fair Jobs Code.

The role reports to a Senior Manager and contributes to authoritative advice on the operations of the Fair Jobs Code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating applications for a Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate from suppliers and businesses
  • Providing recommendations regarding applications to the Senior Manager
  • Monitoring and interpreting developments in employment law legislation
  • Assisting with the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and testing of the Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate portal and CRM system

Working Environment

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team and collaborate with partners across and external to the organization to support the implementation of the Fair Jobs Code.
