**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delegated Authority Operations Analyst to join our team at IQUW Property Insurance. As a key member of the DA team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of our Delegated Authority strategy, ensuring compliance with our Delegated Authority (DA) Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Underwriters and relevant stakeholders in ensuring due diligence and ongoing monitoring of delegated authorities.
  • Implement the IQUW audit policy and manage the annual audit programme for Coverholders and DCAs.
  • Provide governance and performance reporting, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) with Underwriting and relevant stakeholder teams.
  • Assist the Delegated Authority Team with reviewing binding authorities, lineslips, consortium, and DCAs.
  • Prepare DA regulatory and Lloyd's returns as required and embed actions arising from market thematic reviews within the company.
  • Foster strong relationships with business units, particularly Underwriting teams.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in Delegated Authorities roles within an insurance company, preferably within the Lloyd's market.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, due diligence, and investigative skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Able to develop and coach junior team members.
  • Experience with third-party Lloyd's management systems, including DCOM, DAM, Lineage, Atlas, Crystal, DDM, VIPR's Intrali & LWR.
  • Strong Excel skills.
