Role Overview:
We are in search of an intermediate-level Business Systems Analyst to contribute to our operations on a fixed-term basis, with the potential for a permanent role in the future. Collaborating closely with the Application Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring that our essential business applications and systems are effectively configured and maintained, adhering to industry standards and vendor best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless operation and performance of critical business applications.
- Assist with upgrades, migrations, and the deployment of new business systems.
- Oversee application changes in line with Change Management protocols, including testing and implementation.
- Provide support in the investigation and resolution of application-related issues.
- Offer expert guidance to end users.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system design, and configuration.
- Collaborate with external support teams and be available for after-hours assistance.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, coupled with significant experience in ERP implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Analysis, system testing, and complex data migration.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading implementations and upgrades from start to finish.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining business applications, ideally within the Healthcare or Aged Care sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments and SQL database management.
- Relevant IT certifications such as Agile, ITIL, or Prince2 at foundation level or higher are advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
