Payroll Specialist Position

The organization seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage HRIS modules and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Rostering, and technical support functions within the HRIS system.
  • Ensuring timely implementation of change control procedures and meeting deadlines for new hires and payroll processing.
  • Configuring annual salary increases and managing employment conditions in accordance with organizational needs.

This role is critical to the organization's success, requiring a high level of expertise in HR systems and process management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in payroll and HRIS management.
  • Proven ability to maintain HRIS compliance and implement change control procedures efficiently.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
