Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies involving sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a constant talent pool and pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the business landscape.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within the volume space.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your recruitment approach.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to problem-solve and think outside the box with creative recruitment strategies.
  • Experience using HR/Recruitment systems.
