About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in driving person-centered approaches to psychological claims management, supporting sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and identifying secondary psychological claims.

Working closely with case managers, you will develop innovative strategies to address complex psychological claims, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide coaching and training to enhance claims teams' competencies. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and risks, informing continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you must have tertiary qualifications in an appropriate mental health-related discipline, such as psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or social work. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities
