Rehabilitation Counsellor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing workplace rehabilitation services to clients, including designing and implementing return-to-work programs, undertaking vocational assessments, and providing counselling and support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective return-to-work plans for clients
- Conduct vocational assessments and initial needs assessments
- Provide vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to clients
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and employers to achieve successful outcomes
What We Are Looking For:
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Possess a current vehicle and driver's licence (for travel purposes)
