This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the dairy department at Coles and make a real difference in the shopping experience of our customers.
As a Retail Dairy Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the dairy department, leading a team to hit and exceed KPIs while driving engagement and delivering the best service and quality to our customers.
About the team
You will be reporting to the Store Manager and will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, direct/indirect leadership experience, and the ability to maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
