We're looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at LeavePlus.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, and presentable office environment and providing exceptional service to our members, visitors, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guests are welcomed and supported during their visit.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-organised office environment by replenishing supplies, addressing maintenance requests, and liaising with the Facilities Coordinator and tradespersons as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant with tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing the Office Management SharePoint folder.
  • Expense Reconciliation: Process invoices for office supplies and reconcile monthly credit card expenses.
  • On/Offboarding: Manage building access passes, prepare new starter packs, conduct office tours, and arrange home equipment collection.
  • Calendar Scheduling: Oversee meeting room bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate logistics and catering for meetings.
  • Event Support: Assist with planning and executing employee engagement events, including setup/pack-down, poster creation in Canva, and managing attendee lists.
