Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements
  • Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide hands-on clinical care including wound management and medication administration
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
The Ideal Candidate
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is mandatory
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience preferably in aged care is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to pass NDIS Worker Checks is necessary
  • Patient-centered approach and passion for delivering high-quality care are essential qualities
