Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store's success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to maximize sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to share ideas and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during peak retail periods.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandise standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the athletic industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
  • Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods.
