As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading your own room and inspiring a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our teaching practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
