- Lead the creation of top-tier designs for secondary high-voltage systems, directing a team of engineers and designers
- Engage in close collaboration with colleagues to advance secondary engineering excellence
- Leverage your profound experience in High Voltage systems to contribute significantly to our various flagship projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years experience at a senior level with substation design and/or utility grid connections
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor others
- Strong knowledge of Australian industry standards
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Mi Com, Digsilent, Power Factory, PSSE will be highly regarded
