About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Growth Manager to join our ENGIE Retail Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to support our innovative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales partnerships with key businesses to support our energy solutions, including referral partners.
  • Identify and manage new business development opportunities to support the growth objectives of ENGIE Retail Innovation, including new business models, new channels to market, and variations to existing products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team members and the broader ENGIE Retail business to develop systems and processes to support access to sales channels and sales growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience, including channel management and partnership management.
  • Self-motivated, achievement-oriented, well-disciplined, and task-focused.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare a sales strategy and execute successfully.
  • Capable of interpreting both short and long-term market trends and aligning strategy.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and via video.
  • Empathy for consumers and customers, with the ability to develop value propositions that address their needs.
