Financial Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our finance team and contribute to the strategic direction of our organisation. This pivotal role will work closely with executives, providing financial advice, elevating financial literacy across the business, and driving financial transformation through technology integration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contributing to the organisational strategy as key financial advisor to the CEO and Board
  • Elevating financial literacy across the business
  • Integrating technology to improve data capture and achieve efficiency gains necessary for business transformation and growth
  • Leading, managing, mentoring and developing a dedicated finance team
  • Ensuring comprehensive analysis and information provision to support and articulate key business decisions

Requirements:
  • A contemporary senior finance executive with demonstrated capability to guide the organisation through financial transformational change
  • Essential qualities include strong commercial and political acumen, superior communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership capacity, and financial modelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, inspire and activate positive change
