Full-time, Permanent Position at Presbyterian Ladies' College Sydney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Enrolments Specialist to join our dynamic Enrolments team. As an integral part of the Enrolments team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective families, from their initial inquiry to the commencement of their child's education.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will manage the entire enrolment process, ensuring seamless communication with families, staff, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Student Admissions: Manage student admissions from initial inquiries to commencement, providing personalised support to families.
• Community Engagement: Assist in organising marketing and promotional events to showcase PLC Sydney's excellence.
• Administration: Ensure efficient and accurate data management to support the enrolment process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with families, staff, and stakeholders to create a positive enrolment experience.
• Representation: Represent PLC Sydney's Enrolments team with enthusiasm at school events.
• Growth: Contribute to the development of promotional content and explore new strategies to attract prospective students.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A Working With Children's Check Clearance number is required.

What We Offer:
