Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support services to clients based on their unique needs and requirements.
  • Carry out minor repairs related to building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed.
  • Implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures and ensure facilities remain in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to conduct regular inspections of offices and laboratories to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, notifying the appropriate personnel and following established safety protocols.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
  • Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential.
  • A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and support services is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required.
