About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the coordination of Aftercare services across South Western Sydney.
We are seeking an experienced professional to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and coordination of Aftercare services.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement and service integration with various stakeholders, including government agencies and community organisations.
- Supporting referral pathways and service improvements through data analysis and evaluation processes.
- Promoting awareness and understanding of Aftercare services across the district by contributing to service design and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for engaging stakeholders and integrating services.
- Analyzing data to inform service improvements and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Providing expert advice and support to ensure consistent, high-quality care for individuals following a suicidal crisis.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience relevant to mental health and suicide prevention.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, health networks, and community service providers.
- Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
