  • Conduct site investigations and diagnose building defects.
  • Prepare technical site reports, building condition reports, and building defects reports.
  • Develop scope of works documents, design drawings, tender, and contract documentation.
  • Manage projects on-site and inspect construction works.
  • Deliver projects to a high standard of quality and expertise.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to build relationships and business growth initiatives.
  • Prepare fee proposals and meeting minute documents.
  • Produce, review, and check designs and specifications in accordance with Australian Standards and National Construction Codes.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • An Engineering degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate remedial engineering consultancy experience or considerable experience in the construction industry.
  • Previous experience in preparing remedial building reports, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Strata and residential industry or working on construction projects.
  • Proven experience in maintaining effective client relationships.
  • Collaborative / Team approach.
