Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional server to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers with efficiency and precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen, to uphold high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in the field is advantageous but not necessary.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with variable hours, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work on site and may be required to work overtime when necessary.
