As a member of our Disputes & Investigations practice, you will work closely with Partners and lawyers across all offices to gain exposure to complex and interesting projects in the market.

You will advise clients on commercial and contractual disputes, disputes relating to infrastructure, mining, property development, and renewable energy projects, arbitration and supreme court litigation throughout Australia, expert determination, mediations, SEAM, DRBs/DABs, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Key Skills:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Disputes relating to the development and construction of infrastructure, mining, property development, and renewable energy projects
  • Arbitration and supreme court litigation throughout Australia
  • Expert determination, mediations, SEAM, DRBs/DABs, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
