Job Title: Director of Strategic Asset and Resource Leadership

About the Role">

This role is about leading a high-performing team to drive business growth through strategic asset and resource management. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, with expertise in transaction structuring, legal documentation, and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Utilize their skills as an experienced people leader to manage deal flow and workload across multiple sectors.
  • Step up as a leader within the broader business to drive and deliver change and adoption of new tools & processes.
  • Act as a critical member of the FSA CME Leadership team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven background in transaction structuring and legal documentation.
  • Expertise in reviewing credit submissions & financial modelling, where required, and make recommendations on transactions to senior management and Credit.
  • Ability to exercise your DCA - making sound Business decisions in line with your approved authorities.
  • Agility to oversee workflow management between key stakeholders.
