Role Summary:

As a dedicated Support Worker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active Supports: Assist clients with daily living tasks and promote independence by fostering confidence, self-reliance, and overall well-being.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage clients to participate in community activities and events, promoting social connections and healthy lifestyles.
  • Health and Wellbeing encouragement: Support clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing through positive reinforcement and personalized guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current Drivers License and reliable car with full comprehensive insurance for safe transportation.
  • Police Check (within the last 12 months).
  • Reliable, Flexible, Compassionate, Resilient and Emotionally Intelligent mindset.
  • NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules completed.
Availability:

We are looking for someone available to work Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day. Times can be flexible according to your availability, accommodating varying schedules.
