We are seeking an experienced Virtual Health Manager to drive organisational readiness for virtual-first care.
- Analyse current virtual health capabilities and adoption, identifying gaps and providing data-driven insights to guide improvements and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement a virtual-first capability roadmap that aligns with the organisation's Virtual Health strategy.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed virtual health capability in operations, logistics, clinical care, and support services.
- Design and deliver training, frameworks, and practical tools that uplift staff confidence and competence in virtual care.
- Redesign workflows and processes to meet safety, quality, and compliance standards for virtual service delivery.
- Evaluate capability uplift through effective reporting, risk identification, and performance monitoring.
- Proven experience in capability development, workforce transformation, or healthcare project delivery—ideally in digital health or virtual care environments.
