Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high standards of service, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
  • Bar and table service with efficiency and a smile.
  • Set up and pack down of event spaces according to specifications and guest needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the events space during and after events.
  • Connect with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any enquiries or concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • RSA qualification required.
  • Able to confidently carry three plates at a time for efficient food service.
  • Willingness to work in various areas of the venue as required by operational needs.
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiastic about customer service and talking to guests.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a team, seeing yourself and your team succeed and grow.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Pasionate about food, wine and cocktails.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced role.
