Data Center Constructability Strategist

Serve as the leader of constructability across multiple data center builds and AWS regions, leveraging expertise in infrastructure system designs and construction methodologies to resolve complex engineering challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional safety and security standards while providing scalable capacity at minimal costs for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain engineering design constructability standards
- Review design documents and provide input on global standards and data center designs
- Act as a point of escalation for complex constructability issues
- Conduct civil evaluations for potential sites
- Perform financial analysis of construction methods and design alternatives
- Conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs associated with new data centers or optimization of existing data centers
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management. 10+ years of experience in data center delivery, detailed knowledge of critical equipment, and excellent communication skills are necessary.
