As a valued member of our Information Technology and Communications team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to internal and external users. Your primary focus will be on providing first-level technical support, assisting in IT asset management, and contributing to the maintenance and administration of IT systems.

About You:
  • You must hold a Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A current unencumbered NSW Driver's Licence is also required.
  • An understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and basic networking concepts, is essential.
  • You should have strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to identify root causes, and apply practical solutions are vital for success in this role.
  • A commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external users by addressing their IT concerns promptly and professionally is expected.
  • You should be able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail when working on multiple tasks or under pressure.
  • Capacity to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and learning from experienced colleagues, is a must.
  • A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new technical skills, staying updated with emerging technologies, and adapting to evolving IT practices is desired.
  • Awareness of the importance of data security, privacy, and following organisational processes related to IT&C practices is essential.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes access to salary packaging (up to $18,900 net) to increase your take-home pay. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as:
