Global Strategic Leadership Role

The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global Strategy) is a key position responsible for driving the University's global positioning and international capability through strategic leadership and governance.

This role involves overseeing International Engagement, Global Student Mobility, Transnational Education and the Global Sports Program. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the University's global presence through leadership of international planning and governance.
  • Manage transnational education partners and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with the University's vision and goals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in higher education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
