A seasoned Media Account Manager is required to oversee the effective management of campaign implementation for traditional and digital media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of data for media buying, tracking and reporting across traditional and digital media channels.
- Maintenance and updating of Media Plans and Production Schedules with precision and timeliness.
- Collaboration with the Client Manager and Client Director as part of a high-performing team.
- Gathering data for competitor spend and creative analyses, along with tracking media industry trends and conducting research.
- Management of weekly brand WIP items, presenting updates and ensuring team involvement.
- Creation of comprehensive post-campaign reports, working closely with Management to identify valuable insights.
- Weekly communication with creative agencies and clients to ensure timely updates and meet deadlines.
- Coodination with key media partners to secure successful campaign fulfillment.
- Timely and accurate management of financial processes and invoicing for clients.
About You
- Required: experience in traditional media, digital channels and campaign implementation.
- Strong media finance skills and a proactive approach to campaign management.
- Knowledge of multiple media platforms.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and communication skills.
- Ability to support managers in documentation and presentations.
- Capacity to engage with clients and drive results.
