About the Role

As a leader in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading your own OSHC service, providing quality care and support to local families.
  • Creating engaging programs for children using industry-leading tools.
  • Mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with families and staff.

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications, including a completed or partially completed ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services. A valid Working with Children's Check is also required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry (not essential).
  • A willingness to obtain necessary certifications, such as HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and a National Criminal History Check.
