Employment Tax Professionals drive forward our clients' business growth by providing expert guidance and support in employment tax compliance.

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our national team, working across diverse industries with complex tax and payroll compliance issues.

The Role

You will provide in-depth analysis and strategic advice on Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver Expert Employment Tax Advice: Research and develop comprehensive written guidance on FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engage and Educate: Liaise directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training seminars for both clients and internal teams to enhance knowledge sharing and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work as part of a national team supporting clients across diverse industries.
  • Strong technical skills, bringing 1–3 years of employment tax experience with large multinational organizations.
  • An adaptable approach, skilled at managing multiple priorities independently and within teams.
