Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Minimum 15 years of senior treasury, trading, or capital markets experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of derivatives valuation, quantitative trading strategies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of Australian financial services regulations (ASIC, AUSTRAC) and Asian banking compliance requirements.
  • Native-level Mandarin Chinese and English fluency, with expertise in Asian business culture and cross-cultural financial negotiations.
  • Proficiency in VBA programming, financial modeling systems, and blockchain technology.
