About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Your primary focus will be on preventative maintenance, periodic maintenance, and statutory tasks. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting PLC and control system faults, as well as implementing safety and quality controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the plant equipment and services to achieve and maintain operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot electrical, control systems, and PLC faults, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on the plant, reviewing results and continuously improving
  • Collaborate with operations to continually improve machine performance
  • Ensure breakdowns are addressed in a safe and effective manner
Requirements
  • Qualified electrician with a current NSW electrical license
  • Sound mechanical skills
  • Good understanding of PLC programs and systems (Allen Bradley, Omron)
  • Resource management – Contractors, quoting, sourcing spares (both electrical and mechanical)
