**About the Role**

The Emergency Department at Northern Hospital seeks motivated and experienced Adult Emergency Physicians (FACEMs) to join our team. As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality care to patients presenting to our Emergency Department, supervising and training Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience working in an Australian Emergency Department, understanding departmental flow, and hospital access.
  • A proven ability to work safely in an Emergency Department setting, demonstrating safe clinical decision-making and technical proficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of staff and patients, with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.
