About the Role

This is a permanent full-time role, and you must have the right to work full-time in Australia. You will be based at our Chippendale Head Office, with a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, grow, and develop the Payroll Manager and Payroll team members
  • Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process across the HelloFresh Group across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
  • Lead the development and implementation of people systems and payroll projects across the ANZ region
  • Lead the implementation of people projects across the HelloFresh Group ANZ and global harmonization initiatives
  • Oversee payroll BAU payroll activities across the business
  • Development of HFG-wide payroll reporting
  • Support and coach members leaders across the business and be a point of escalation on Payroll topics
  • Ensure payroll compliance to HelloFresh Group ANZ organization compliance with modern awards, NES, and local employment laws, and HelloFresh local and global procedures
  • Identifies training needs for business units specific to payroll
Requirements
  • Proven payroll management experience, 5+ years with end-to-end, high-volume payroll processing
  • Strong award interpretation experience & good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience with ADP Payforce and ADP Realtime (Kronos experience also highly regarded)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
