Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with multiple mine sites across the region to ensure effective service delivery
  • Organize and plan maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Assign tasks to a team of field service fitters to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Assist in record keeping and coordinating warranty claims to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the mining or earthmoving industry
