Job Opportunity: Senior Dental Assistant

About Your Duties and Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the Centre Leader and team members in various aspects of running the dental practice. This includes hands-on assistance in reception, chairside, and steri, as well as contributing to stock control, reporting, rostering, team leadership, patient experience, and clinical compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Leader and team members in delivering patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Contribute to stock control, reporting, rostering, and team leadership initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining high standards of patient care, satisfaction, and safety.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable medical regulations, privacy legislation, and practice policies.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess significant experience in the dental industry, preferably with leadership experience. You must also hold current Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assistance or equivalent knowledge. Additionally, you should be an energetic and people-focused leader with a business-savvy and problem-solving nature.
