Job Title: Outdoor Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Outdoor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the upkeep and design of both external and internal landscapes, including mowing, trimming, spraying, cleaning, and other tasks as required.
">
  • Perform general works and maintenance programs, such as irrigation reticulation repairs and installations, as identified in the Grounds Maintenance Program.
">
  • Ensure works programs are maintained to the level as set per contract specifications.
">
  • Ensure the safety of personnel and public is maintained at all times.
">
  • Represent the company by maintaining high levels of customer service and assist as required with any additional duties and requests from guests, representatives, and employees.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge in gardening, including mowing, weed spraying, etc.
">
  • Previous experience in a similar role or contract.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent work ethic with pride in workmanship.

  • Sound time management skills and self-motivation.
